Terms and Policies

1. Payment Terms: You agree to pay the full amount of your purchase using the payment method specified on our website. All prices listed on our website are in the currency specified and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

2. Delivery and Shipping: We will deliver your purchased item(s) to the address specified by you during checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the item(s) you have ordered. Shipping fees may apply and will be included in the total price of your order.  Disposal fees cover the disposal of an item replaced with a purchased item (1 mattress will be removed if 1 mattress is purchased). Requests to dispose of additional items will incur additional fees. Installation fees cover the movement of furniture that is replaced. Requests to 
     move additional furniture will incur additional charges.

3. Returns and Refunds: We accept returns and refunds on all items purchased on our website within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we find that the returned item(s) are not in their original condition or have been damaged.  A restocking fee of 10% of the total order will apply to canceled orders. Custom orders & items that are difficult to re-sell are not refundable. 

4. Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on all items purchased on our website. The length and terms of the warranty vary depending on the item. Please refer to the warranty information provided on the product page for details.

5. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of our company or its respective owners. You may not use or reproduce any content on our website without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you for any damages arising out of your use of our website or purchase of our products shall be limited to the total amount you have paid us for the products in question.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennesse US. 

8. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of our website and purchase of our products following such changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
