A restocking fee of 10% of the total order will apply to all cancelled orders. For custom orders or items that are difficult to re-sell, no refunds will be issued.
Disposal fees cover removal/disposal of the item replaced with a purchased item (1 mattress will be removed if 1 mattress purchased). If delivery personnel are requested to dispose of additional items, additional fees will apply.
Delivery / Installation fees do not cover movement of furniture that is not directly replaced. If installers are requested to move additional furniture, additional charges will apply.
